Its been a week now since we have all come back and yet the space in our hearts crave for home. Yeah we all are sick, home sick! But the life moves on. The sweets and snacks brought from home get over. And the reality catches up.
But the city is spectacular right now. Dazzled with lights. Decorated with arches, puppet shows, danglers and much more. And I have not even travelled much. But the festival season is unique and I am glad to be in this city right now. Hopefully I can visit the city to view it in detail soon.
The public transport of this city is interestingly low and hence I sometimes feel a sense of awe when I do manage to find a bus which takes me where I want to go.
The hilltop has been dry this time round though this morning there were a few showers. The wallstreet looks good in rain and so this morning it looked lovely.
So overall its been an good comeback. I feel alive and kicking and that means that its been a good comeback.

Pune watch - where are the raptors coming from?
Pune is no Jurassic park. I am very clear on that. Actually it is a wonderful city with great culture, knowledge, heritage and most importantly technological growth and adaptation.
And still I say that Pune has Raptors all around who are agile, smart and they attack you from all directions,
Who are these raptors... well bike drivers who don't drive their bikes but drive it like a gun or the bus drivers who try to squash you overtaking you from your right side and then after all the trouble they stop the bus at the next bus stop which incidently is just 30 feet away. Or it is cars or bikes who just enter your driving lane from various blind spots, ever ready to cause accidents and more ready to actually appreciate/praise you with fancy vocabulary each language has for occasions of dispute.
I drove through this jurassic park today. Many people do it everyday. They possibly are not that bothered. My point is road disciplines should be maintained, so everybody would enjoy driving. Also it might just make driving in Pune a bit safer for the people.
